A collector's promise

All watches have been checked to be in working order before being put for sale. Watches are put through another thorough round of checks, then lightly cleaned before secure packing prior to delivery. All care will be made to ensure the watch leaves Singapore in working order. Though I perform all the checks I can, I cannot promise that they will continue to keep time or function, and buyers should service the watch to ensure optimal operation of their timepiece.

Please make sure to read and understand all the information on the watch before making a decision to purchase. All payment is defaulted through Paypal and delivery to the Paypal-registered address. Contact me to arrange for alternative modes of payment.

Watches listed for sale

Watches featured on the site are sold as is, unless otherwise stated. As with all pre-loved timepieces, signs of age (i.e. scratches and dents) are to be expected. Photographs on the site have been slightly edited for consistency and not for the purpose of deceit or falsely representing the condition of the watch. Please scrutinize before placing order. The watches on the site have been tested to ensure full functionality, but have not been serviced unless stated nor will they keep perfect time or water resistance. All watches will be tested and cleaned before delivery. Buyer purchases on the assumption that the watch needs repair, cleaning or servicing. All watches on the site have "names" because we all name the things we love.

Shipping details

Shipping is free. Standard and Express shipping options are available. All purchases will be shipped from Singapore using regular international air mail shipping. All purchases are given a tracking number. Buyer will pay all taxes or charges incurred in their country; I will not under-declare the value of the watch. Please note that I have experienced slower than usual shipping times for France and Italy. Friends from these countries should take note. Please speak to me about expedited shipping options. Due to past experiences with shipping delay, orders from Germany, Indonesia and India will have to go through FedEx at a slightly increased cost. Please contact me before purchase to get shipping quotation.

7-day defect warranty / returns

All watches will be tested to be in working order before being shipped. However, if watches received are not as described, they are entitled to a 7-day defect warranty from the date of receipt of the watch. Shipping is to be borne by the buyer, packed securely and sent back via tracked, insured international mail. Watches must not have been opened, tampered with or modified. The refund will be issued via PayPal once the watch arrives back and is checked to be in good order. Due to recent changes in PayPal refund policy, the amount refunded will be (in USD) after deductions on Paypal fees. A screenshot of the fee will be provided for reference. Buyers can also choose to receive store credit at the full amount of the refund instead.

Partial Payment Option

Make that dream watch a little more attainable with a partial payment plan. With a non-refundable 25% reservation fee, you get the option of repaying the rest of the watch over a four week period. Shipment will be made once full payment is received. Contact me to pay for this watch via partial payments.
